Using a tape measure, take your measurements directly on your body, horizontally, without tightening.
Chest: horizontal measurement at the level of the point of the breasts, without tightening too much.
Waist circumference: horizontal measurement at the level of the hollow of the waist, where it is thinnest, without tightening too much
Hip circumference: horizontal measurement at the strongest of the hips, tight legs and parallel to the ground, without tightening too much.
Length middle back: vertical measurement of the middle of the neck in the back, until the bottom of the garment.
Height waist - bottom of the hem: vertical measurement between the waist and the bottom of the garment. (Measurement for pants or skirts)
