The soundtrack Fête Impériale

FÊTE IMPÉRIALE is a brand whose DNA is deeply influenced by the arts of yesterday and today. While Laura Gauthier Petit highlights her inspirations through her collections, she also aspires to highlight the brand's transversality.

For FÊTE IMPÉRIALE is first and foremost a medium for expressing the world we design, through prints, 70s cuts inspired by the nineteenth century, and the particular care taken with the identity of photographs, whether for campaigns or muses' shoots. Music also plays an essential role in the design of the Fi Universe. That's why collaboration with artists from the new French and international scene has always been at the heart of la Maison's activities.

To capture the spirit of the collections in music, Laura teamed up with Melody aka Dj Money Penny to create a sound universe in the image of the brand, a seasonal musical tableau.

Music curator and DJ, Melody Landeroin proposes her universe through playlists, music-to-image productions and artist sets. Since 2018, she has accompanied the organization, management and scenography of FÊTE IMPÉRIALE events, supervising shoots and collection presentations.

"Through the soundtrack of the SS/20 collection Les Nues Iwanted to convey the steamy, inaccessible, mythological aspect of the nymph: a mysterious strength, a demonstration of feminine power through subtle delicacy. I was inspired by the materials and colors of this collection, the contrast between Matisse's royal blue and the pastel tones of a springtime garden bloom".
