The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply between the company Fête Impériale whose registered office is located at 28 Rue du Roi de Sicile 75004 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 809 383 664, and "you" in your capacity as a private consumer. The terms and conditions may be modified at any time. The applicable version of the terms and conditions is the one available on the site at the time of your order. Please note that any online purchase implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
Fête Impériale specifies you that it is the CGV, in force at the time of the passage of your order, which will be applied to you. Placing an order on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
ARTICLE 3. YOUR ORDER
To place an order, you must be an adult (over 18 years old).
To place your order on the site, you must select the item, the size and the quantity, then click on the "add to cart" button.
If you wish, you can create a customer account at any time, online, on the site.
In accordance with the article L122-1 of the Code of consumption, Fête Impériale can refuse to carry out an order for any legitimate reason, including in the event of litigation relating to the payment of a preceding order.
Once the order is validated and paid, a confirmation of payment of the acceptance of the order and an acknowledgement of receipt of the order confirmation will be sent to you electronically.
The order is then considered as placed.
Once your order is confirmed, you will not be able to modify it on the site.

Fête Impériale reserves the right to modify the prices of the articles at any time. The applicable prices for each order are those indicated on the site at the time of the order. The amounts of the delivery charges are calculated according to the country of destination. The prices are accessible from our site, and at the time of payment.
-French consumersThe prices indicated on the site are in euros and include all taxes and exclude delivery costs.
-European consumers (E.U.): The prices indicated on the site are in euros and include French VAT. The applicable VAT rate is the one in force in your country of residence and will be invoiced at the time the order is placed.
-Consumers United KingdomThe prices indicated on the site are in euros and include the French VAT. The VAT rate will be deducted from your order at the time of ordering. Customs and import fees are at your charge.
-Consumers outside EFTA:The prices indicated on the site are in euros and include the French VAT. The VAT rate will be deducted from your order at the time of ordering. Customs and import fees are at your charge.
The details of the total amount you will be asked to pay will be indicated on the "confirmation" page summarizing your order.
ARTICLE 5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
5.1 Terms of payment
The payment is made directly online, by providing the information requested on the relevant page of the site, by:

Fête Impériale reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order in the following cases:
- Your credit card company refuses to authorize the payment for any reason.
- The payment of the order is incomplete, irregular or non-existent for any other reason.
ARTICLE 6. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
The articles are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. You will be informed, before any order, of the availability of the desired article.
Fête Impériale is committed to maintaining the availability of all items on the site.
If it appears, after reception of the e-mail of validation of payment and confirmation of the order, that the wished article is not available any more, Fête Impériale will warn you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, in accordance with the article L121-20-3 of the Code of the Consumption.
In accordance with the article L121-20-3 of the code of consumption, in case of unavailability of the ordered article, you can claim :
- Refund of your order within seven (7) business days
- Delivery of another similar product
ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY
We offer delivery in the geographical areas covered by our service providers UPS, DHL and Colissimo, Coursier.fr and Stuart to the address given at the time of placing the order.
The amount of the delivery costs will be indicated to you before the validation of your order. The delivery costs depend on the shipping method chosen and the amount of the order.
The delivery times are indicative. Fête Impériale can not be held responsible if the delivery time initially indicated is not respected by the carrier.
In the event of a damaged package delivery, you agree to notify customer service by phone, chat or email within 3 days of receiving the order.
ARTICLE 8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In accordance with the European regulation on distance selling, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to send us the return. The customer service team will then propose you an exchange or a refund.
Before any return, you must notify your wish to return by any means at your disposal.

Parts must be returned in their original condition;
- Unworn, unwashed and untouched in resalable condition
- With the label Fête Impériale.
Fête Impériale reserves the right to refuse a refund if the criteria are not met.
In the event of a refund, it will be made within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the returned item.
The price difference for orders placed before the promotions or SALE will not be refunded or credited.
In accordance with the Chatel law, the buyer can benefit from a full refund of the initial shipping costs as well as the amount of the order. The shipping costs related to the return remain at the buyer's expense.
ARTICLE 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The feteimperiale.fr website belongs to Fête Impériale, holder of the associated intellectual property rights.
The site and its content, whatever their nature (text, photographs, images, sounds, graphic elements, etc.) are likely to be protected by intellectual property.
It is recalled that all distinctive signs, including trademarks and logos, are and remain the property of Fête Impériale or that of the holders of intellectual property rights concerned.

Should any of the terms and conditions be declared null and void in their entirety, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect. If necessary, the invalidated provision will be negotiated in good faith.
