Welcome to Fête Impériale, a Paris-based sustainable and highly creative fashion brand, founded in 2015. It is in the heart of our workshop/showroom in the Marais that you will join a human-sized team with the aim of contributing to the growth of our brand.
We are looking for an intern to join our team as a Sales Administration Assistant (SA) for an internship of 3 to 6 months. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of sales and customer relationship management.


Missions

The Sales Assistant intern will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure effective support to our customers.
Key tasks will include:
Order Management:
- Follow-up of orders and returns
⁃ Invoicing and follow-up/reminder payments
Tracking & Stock:
- Management of stock levels
- Coordination with the logistics team to ensure efficient management of orders and deliveries
Customer Relations:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and provide them with product or order information.
Administrative Support:
- Participate in the management of administrative documents related to sales
- Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Profile required

- Student in business, management or similar field
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Mastery of computer tools and the Office pack
