The Morgane top, one of Fête Impériale's emblematic models, returns for the new Fall-Winter 2023 collection, [INDISTINCT CHATTER]. While the cut, perfectly thought out and made with the utmost care in a French atelier, remains the same, the materials and shades have been rethought. For the new season, Morgane returns in a soft, warm velvet jersey, ideal for winter wear. The Abstract print, which runs across the garment, was imagined by Laura Gauthier Petit, founder and artistic director of Fête Impériale, in homage to the works of artist Gerhard Richter. Here, botanical elements are blurred, like dreamlike, hypnotic mirages.
For an everyday (but still remarkable) look, don't hesitate to wear this top with a plain skirt or jeans. Coordinated with a piece in the same pattern, such as the Kea pants or the Prune skirt, it will immediately adopt a more creative and elegant look.
For its printed models, Fête Impériale works with a technique known as placé, so that each piece presents the print in the same way in the same place.
